About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. Working closely with leadership, you will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales targets and representing half of our company's total sales volume.
In this position, you will operate with significant autonomy and minimal oversight, leveraging your exceptional relationship-building and deal-closing abilities. A proven track record in B2B sales and experience with outbound prospecting are essential.
Your primary objective will be to generate and close high-value deals that align with our business goals and growth strategy. This involves identifying prospects, conducting outreach campaigns, delivering compelling presentations, and successfully navigating complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract signature.
As our Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of substantial revenue targets, develop strategic sales approaches, and contribute to our overall market expansion. By consistently delivering results and building lasting client relationships, you will drive our organization's success and establish yourself as a key contributor to our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Provide client training on our security solutions
- Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to contract closure
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Compensation & Benefits:
- 20% commission on all revenue for 12 months following client close date
- Net 30-day payment cycle
- Commission includes all upsells, cross-sells, and account expansions during the 12-month period
